  • Sorry

    Hey everyone sorry i havent written for like ever and a day... but the internet was down where i live so i havent been online... but i promise i will comment everyone tomorrow and update everyone... ohh and tomorrow starts my week fast i hope liquids only... Only coke zero... chicken broth.. and water... wish me luck stay strong girls...

  • Weigh in....

    So today was weigh in so my...

    start weight was 173.4...

    current weight is 166.0

    my first goal weight is 163.4

    Ok so when i get to my first goal weight im going to buy myself a new tanning pass... Cause i feel freaking pasty white cause i havent been for like a couple weeks... I just want to be out of the 160's like this is the worst feeling probably cause im like barely in them i just want to be thin i want to be perfect... Its funny i remember when i was growing up and in like 7th grade i weighed 100 pounds and my mom would just say if i was 10 pounds thinner i would be perfect... So i guess if i just keep telling myself 10 more pounds i will eventually get to my weight... Well last night was no so good lol like i just drank thank goodness like that majority of it just comes out but other than that my intake was good... But tonight i am soo excited there is this kid that i totally have a crush on.. well today my  goal is just to fast... Stay strong girls

  • A new start...

    So today i woke up feeling gigantic... of course probably cause i am...But i messed up yesterday so its not going to happen again its a horrible feeling that i never want again... So i got up at 5 and now im at school doing some homework before class starts... So today i want to limit my calories to 150 calories... So far all i have is water and im feeling fine... I just pray i dont bindge i cant handle that again... its horrible feeling.... So im going to the gym after class Stay strong everyone...

    Breakfast... 2 glasses water

    Lunch... 1 cup chicken brooth... 10 cals...

    Dinner... TBA

  • Not so good...

    So today i woke up went to the gym like planned than i came home and i weighed myself i lost my new weight is 167.2....start weight 173.4 then i did some homework probably not as much as i should of but i did some... So lets see here is what i ate today

    Breakfast... Protien shake 70 cals...water

    Lunch.... 2 chicken tenders...100 cals...water...wa.ter

    umm snack... 1/2 taco bell chessy beef buritto.. so bad i have no idea how many calories probably like 1000 so obviously i went over today...

    Dinner... Water...water...water..

    Well im going back to the gym.. Because i do not want to gain......

     

  • Self control...

    i wish i had it... somedays its there and other days its not.. i think it could be that im on my period so lets cross our fingers... i guess i need to learn tricks on how to beat the hunger... i heard of alka zelters? anyone heard of this... well umm today was a good day minus the fact ive been up since like 5 in the freaking morning with no nap or nothing.. but ohh well... i didnt go to the gym tonight so im getting up tomorrow and going early in the morning.. than going to weigh myself gosh i hate that part.. but here it goes what i ate today...

    Breakfast... Protein shake 4 oz 70 cals

    Lunch.... Protien shake 4 oz... 70 cals

    snack... 1 asparagus thingy.. i dont know maybe like 10 cals..

    Dinner... water and 2 sugar fudgesicles.. 80 cals...

    total: 230 calories...

    Well stay strong...
