So today i woke up went to the gym like planned than i came home and i weighed myself i lost my new weight is 167.2....start weight 173.4 then i did some homework probably not as much as i should of but i did some... So lets see here is what i ate today
Breakfast... Protien shake 70 cals...water
Lunch.... 2 chicken tenders...100 cals...water...wa.ter
umm snack... 1/2 taco bell chessy beef buritto.. so bad i have no idea how many calories probably like 1000 so obviously i went over today...
Dinner... Water...water...water..
Well im going back to the gym.. Because i do not want to gain......
